refund and return policy

All dream cannabis products are final sale on date of purchase.

• All expired OCS products at time of purchase must be accompanied with a valid receipt, within 7 days of purchase, and packaging must not be opened for a full refund. Refund will be exact method of payment.

• Any other discrepancies regarding quantity and/or quality shall be directed to the Licensed Producer of purchased product.

• All accessories are final sale. All accessories have been pre inspected before placement in store.

• All sale items are final sale.

• All battery returns can be brought to the on duty store manager for further inspection of any manufacturer defects or workmanship. Subject to each manufacturer, most batteries carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase against defects and workmanship. Proof of purchase required.

• If the on duty manager deems your battery to be defective, the manufacturers policy will be followed for your return/refund. Proof of purchase required. Refund will be exact method of payment.
